I came home one day to find a Heron tightrope walking by our roof.
I held my breath while it… turned
And faced the right way around (towards the sunshine)…
Then watched it tightrop walk towards the roof…
And arrive to where it wanted to be i.e. sunbathing on our roof.

I do love a good shot of a Heron, and this is certainly one of them. Funny how they look a whole lot different in New Zealand than they do in Ireland. You got some real nice nature shots here. Keep up the good work!
It was very odd seeing such a large bird on the wire. There was a lot of wobbling and balancing going on.
